Finance subcommittee luncheon

On Tuesday, April 15th 2025, CanCham held its first Finance Subcommittee event, a Luncheon together with a Panel Discussion on The Impact of Trade Tariffs. Over 30 guests registered for this SOLD OUT event!

The event began with a welcome by Amira Berrada, CanCham Treasurer, Co-Chair of the Finance Subcommittee and Investment Manager IFC Asset Management Company, followed by lunch and then the panel discussion.

Panelists were:

• H.E. Jean-Dominique Ieraci, High Commissioner of Canada in Singapore;

• Christine Constantin, Senior Trade Commissioner, High Commission of Canada in Singapore; and

• Matt Albrecht, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Canpotex

The panel, moderated by Wai Leng Leong, Co-Chair of the Finance Subcommittee and Managing Director and Regional Head of Asia Pacific CDPQ Global, CDPQ Singapore, sparked an engaging dialogue amongst all present.
